The Amherst College Dining Services is accepting applications for part-time positions for the academic year. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, late night, and weekend schedules available. We offer a great team environment, flexible work schedules, free parking, meal before shift, and on local PVTA bus service between Northampton and Amherst.
Positions available include:
- Servers
- Dishwashers
- Kitchen Runners
- Cashiers
- Beverage Assistants
Duties vary by position and could include:
- Preparing food serving areas
- Serving food to students, faculty, staff and guests
- Maintaining cleanliness of dining rooms, service areas and equipment
- Performing cashier duties
- Bringing food to serving areas
- Dishwashing duties
Qualifications:
Required:
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Preferred:
- Previous food service experience
