Job Description |
The Office of Undergraduate Admission is seeking 2-3 motivated and responsible graduate students who are enthusiastic about their Emerson experience and can offer supervision to the student run call center. We are looking for dedicated, detail oriented candidates, who can maintain a heavy volume of customer service needs while acting as a liaison and resource to manage and disseminate daily information to our call center students. This role will report to our Visit Experience Manager and will act in direct support of the office’s operations. These 2-3 roles would cover 13-15 hours each. |
