Description
Accuratelyand efficiently utilizes POS systems and maintains all cash and media at theregisters. Communicates customer request to management. Oversees assignedstudent assistants and temporary staff. Maintains awareness of daily menu itemsand knowledge of meal plans. Attentive to guest needs.
Countsand reconciles funds during shifts to ensure adequate funds. Maintains neatappearance. Restocks assigned supplies and brochures. Records patron counts.
Excellentcustomer service. Greets and acknowledges customers, maintains outstandingsolid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service standards.
Inaddition to "other duties as assigned", this position may be requiredto be cross-trained for another position and/or responsibility in order to provideboth back-up for a department as well as to supplement resources needed duringcertain times of the year.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED and one year of customer service, administrative or office experience; or a combination of education and related experience.
