At Lone Star College System, our employees are the prized assets in our human capital portfolio, and their talent and diversity is the key to our present and future success. We acknowledge the talent of our employees as a characteristic that is never isolated in one particular group or demographic category. It is evenly distributed among all employee groups, regardless of individual background, interests, or demographic profile.

Diversity is more than just our philosophy, our attitude, or perspective. It is our State of Mind.
