More than YOU might expect

It's hard to describe Potomac State College because we don't really fit neatly into any category. It's almost easier to explain what we're not: we're not a community college and we're not "just" a two-year school. Yes, many of our students earn two-year degrees but we also offer four-year programs. We're a division of West Virginia University with residence halls, sports teams, lots of student clubs, organizations, and activities.

Potomac State College professors have time to teach and to get to know their students. And students have the time and support they need to learn the material.
