RVCC is a great place for students to start their college education and then transfer to a four-year college or university. To facilitate students’ seamless transfer after graduation, the College has agreements with close to 80 colleges and universities in New Jersey, across the country, and abroad. Our students have transferred to the top colleges and universities in New Jersey and across the nation, including Columbia, Cornell, Stanford, the University of Pennsylvania, and New York University. 

For students looking to train for a career, RVCC is leading the way thanks to a $4.6 million workforce training grant from the U.S. Department of Labor. In partnership with local industry, RVCC is reinventing workforce and technical training by identifying the long-term workforce needs of the region and developing programs that provide students with all the skills and hands-on experience they need to succeed.

We also recognize that there is more to a successful college experience than just classroom learning. Our co-curricular offerings—including clubs, student government, athletic programs, and leadership development opportunities—are thriving. RVCC’s chapter of the Phi Theta Kappa honor society and its Enactus team have earned regional and national honors. And the College’s Service Learning Program has been included on the President’s Community Service Honor Roll for eight consecutive years. Service Learning provides students with the opportunity to serve their communities while enabling community organizations to benefit from the students’ time, energy, and knowledge.
