Job Description
Data entry and filing connected with maintaining a music library; updating and maintaining the Saint Leo Music Program Facebook page; scanning, copying and distributing documents and scores; rehearsal and concert setup and take-down; communications with music students; general promotion of the music program.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge:
- Involvement in the music program.
Skills:
- Computer skills with Excel, Publisher, and social media.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Abilities:
- Professional, energetic, courteous individual who will enjoy interacting with faculty, staff and students.
- Must be reliable.
