Job Description
Duties and Tasks:
- Assist with proctoring accommodated exams for students registered through the Office of Accessibility Services.
- Assist with preparing and delivering engaging face-to-face and online workshops and programs designed to meet student needs.
- Assist with creating Accudemia training materials and facilitating training presentations for professional and student staff.
- Assist with maintaining the CAVE’s Website, Courses page, and LionsShare.
- Assist the Associate Director of Student Learning with implementation of the CAVE Online.
- Assist with the supervision of the CAVE’s primary (Kirk Hall) and secondary campus (Cannon Memorial Library) locations.
- Assist with marketing and branding initiatives for the CAVE.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Minimum requirements-
1. Graduate student enrolled at Saint Leo in full-time graduate hours
Knowledge:
- Familiarity with Saint Leo University Campus
- Computer Skills (Word, PowerPoint, Online programs)
Skills:
- Administrative, Clerical, and Office Skills (at minimum 1 year)
- Customer Service Skills
- Use of Office equipment (copier, scanner)
Abilities:
- Ability to learn and utilize technology and technological programs
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written form
- Ability to move about the campus for deliveries multiple times a day
