Job Description Summary
This is a student work study position that provides administrative support in the daily operations in the Total Rewards office for 2018-2019 Academic Year. Candidate must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Excel and Word. Must be available to work for the duration of the academic year.
Job Description
Duties and Tasks:
- Assist with the day to day tasks
- Sort mail
- Send scheduled and targeted mailings
- Answer the phone
- File, scan, and draft documents including professional letters
- Assist with keeping the office organized
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Eligibility for Federal Work Study required.
- Administrative practices
- Excellent oral, written and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office-excel, word.
- Good organizational skills.
- Must be able to climb up and down stairs.
- Must be able to drive a golf cart.
- Must be able to walk around the campus without issue.
