Position Information

This is a part-time (.75 time-base), benefits eligible, temporary position anticipated to end on or before 6/30/2019, with the possibility of reappointment and/or permanency. This position is designated non-exempt under FLSA and is eligible for overtime compensation. Work hours will be determined based on operational needs. Under the supervision and direction of the Assistant Athletic Director of Compliance and the Associate Athletic Director of Compliance, the Compliance Assistant will assist the Athletics Compliance Office primarily with its monitoring efforts and also with rules education. This includes assisting with monitoring of recruiting activities, complimentary admissions, playing and practice seasons, coaching duties/limitations, camps and clinics, and awards. The position will assist in preparing rules and educational materials and with the coordination of compliance educational presentations for coaches, staff, student-athletes, and outside entities. Compensation and Benefits

Starting salary upon appointment not expected to exceed $2,008 per month. CSU Classification Salary Range: $1,950 - $2,788 per month. Salary placement is determined by the education, experience, and qualifications the candidate brings to the position, internal equity, and the hiring department's fiscal resources.
