The Department of Criminal Justice at Texas A&M University-Commerce seeks to establish qualified applicants for Fall 2018, part-time adjunct faculty appointments.
MAJOR / ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF JOB:
- Teach up to six semester credit hours with the required disciline at on campus or off campus sites as dictated by student demand
- Hold office hours as required
- Assists students as appropriate
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Terminal degree in Criminal Justice or a closely related field to teach graduate coursework.
- Master degree with 18 graduate hours in the discipline.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- College or University teaching experience.
- Experience working with culturally diverse populations
- Degree must be in hand at the time of hiring.
