The Information Technology department at UHealth is seeking a Sr. Clinical Systems Analyst. The Senior Clinical Systems Analyst works to ensure the information systems in the UHealth organization are working efficiently and effectively, including but not limited to EpicCare Ambulatory Core EMR (EpicCare Ambulatory, Care EveryWhere , MyChart, Workbench and several interface bundles), EpicCare Inpatient, Willow, ASAP, Beacon, Radiant, OpTime and Kaleidoscope. She/he provides necessary experience, knowledge, and technical support to ensure all aspects of applications and systems development, build and implementation. The candidate will analyze, define and apply technical knowledge to solve complex problems regarding business application systems. The Sr. Clinical Systems Analyst will work closely with team members, staff and other personnel to gain and understanding of objectives and requirements for the assigned clinical system and will be responsible for trouble shooting problems and challenges within the clinical information systems which may include software problems, hardware issues or even networking difficulties.
Minimum requirements are 3 years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, RN, PA or ARNP preferred. Experience with project upgrade and implementation required. 1-3 years previous experience with product support of users in a healthcare environment required. Experience and/or certification in, EpicCare Ambulatory, Decision Support, Population Health, EpicCare Inpatient. Knowledge in Epic Willow Pharmacy preferred.
Preferred Experience:
• Clinical background and/or experience in a clinical setting.
• Epic Certification(s).
• Experience and/or Proficiency in EpicCare Ambulatory Core EMR, EpicCare Inpatient, Epic Infection Control Module, CareEveryWhere.
Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience and/or certifications may be considered.
