Duties: Manages and develops the Lippincott Library to support the research, instructional and information needs of the students and faculty of Penn's world renowned Wharton School of Business. Builds strong working relationships with the Wharton School community to strengthen instructional and research programs and to foster a collaborative and supportive environment. Leading a staff of 6.5 professionals and 3.5 paraprofessionals, develops and administers a broad set of innovative reference, instruction and outreach programs in support of the needs of the Wharton community. Teaches classes, leads tours, and demonstrates library resources. Represents the Penn Libraries locally and globally in relevant professional and academic communities.
Qualifications: A Master's Degree or more and 5 years to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 7 to 10 years of experience strongly preferred.
