The Department of Teaching and Learning in the School of Education, University of Redlands, seeks applications for our adjunct pool. Duties will include teaching credential and master’s level courses. We seek applicants who share our commitment to educational advocacy, social justice, and inclusive practices in teaching. The University of Redlands is a private non-denominational highly ranked university located in Redlands, California.
Applicants should have a strong grasp of course design, effective teaching strategies, and a minimum of 3 years of teaching in a public-school setting, as well as experience working with a diverse population of students. Applicants should also offer evidence of potential for excellence in university teaching and the capacity to engage with colleagues in collaborative projects.

Minimum Qualifications:
• An earned masters degree or doctorate in a field related to teacher education;
• A minimum of three years teaching in a public-school setting;
• Experience working with a diverse range of adult and young adult learners;
