This is a professional position involving project, service, and end user support of the Ellucian application suite as part of the GeorgiaBEST Managed Services service. Responsibilities include participation in customer status meetings, acting as a functional liaison for the program area, providing informational updates on application releases and/or new functionality and performing functional configuration status checks with customers for critical/regulatory upgrades. This position will provide support by performing training, institutional modification analysis, and application currency reporting. Additionally this position will monitor and facilitate helpdesk tickets, including scheduling webinars and coordinating needed work efforts for application functional support.
The candidate selected for this position will typically:
• Serve as functional liaison during customer status meetings by providing updates to customers regarding application releases and/or new functionality.
• Perform configuration status checks for critical/regulatory upgrades and facilitate creation of helpdesk tickets as part of status meetings.
• Interpret business requirements and work with team members to evaluate institutional application customizations and make recommendations to implement baseline and/or program functionality.
