MAJOR DUTIES:
- Develops and implements case management system to track each reported incident and status.
- Answers telephone and greets visitors; provides information and assistance; takes messages and schedules appointments; refers to appropriate personnel.
- Composes and prepares correspondence, reports and other documents.
- Manager's calendars; schedules appointments; makes travel arrangements.
- Develops and maintains database and spreadsheet files.
- Coordinates and provides support for a variety of assigned projects.
- Prepares a variety of regular and special reports.
- Codes invoices for proper payment.
- Assists in the development of budget proposals and in monitoring approved budgets.
- Processes accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
- Prepares payment requests and employee reimbursement requests.
- Manages vendor orders; maintains relationships; resolve vendor problems.
- Maintains office supply inventory; makes purchases as needed; coordinates the acquisition and maintenance of department equipment.
