The Office of Administrative Services is seeking to hire a limited-term Administrative Coordinator to assist the Senior HR Coordinator and HR Coordinator with the payroll process for the College of Arts and Sciences. The limited-term Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative support to PPGRA and assist with coordinating the daily operations of the department. This position is critical to the day-to-day operation of the department. The scope of responsibilities will include these essential duties but is not limited to the following,

Provide administrative support to the department such as but not limited to monitoring incoming graduate assistant pay forms, coordination faculty pay forms to route for administrative approvals to Assistant Dean of Graduate Services

Assist with incoming hire documents; track completed pay authorizations by department

Assist with entry of graduate assistant and part-time instructor pay in the PPGRA system

Assist with filing system

Perform other professional related duties assigned or requested
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and one year administrative experience; or high school diploma or GED and five years administrative experience; or a combination of education and related experience.
