Adjunct Speech Instructor

Piedmont Technical College is accepting applications for adjunct Speech/Communications faculty (temporary, part-time) to teach at the Lex D. Walters Campus and/or our six county campuses in Laurens, Newberry, Edgefield, Saluda, Abbeville, and McCormick during the day/evenings, on-line and dual credit instructors to teach in high schools. Applications will be reviewed on an as needed basis. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, teaching varying schedules to a diverse student body in accordance with the established syllabi at a variety of locations utilizing technology and using a variety of teaching methods in instruction.
- Minimum and Additional Requirements

Master's degree in Speech or Communication, or a master's degree with 18 graduate hours in Speech or Communications. Successful candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to undergraduate education. Excellent customer service skills are required. Please submit a copy of your graduate transcripts (unofficial copies acceptable) with your application.
- Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience, especially at the community and technical college or secondary level.
